Terms & Conditions – Elegant Cars UK
1. Services
Elegant Cars UK provides vehicle rental, and vehicle sales services for private hire drivers.
2. Eligibility
Customers must hold a valid UK driving licence and meet private hire licensing requirements.
3. Payments
– Rental payments are charged weekly in advance.
– Payments may be processed via card or bank debit.
– By making payment, the customer authorises recurring charges where applicable.
4. Deposits
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
5. Vehicle Use
Customers agree to use the vehicle in accordance with UK law and licensing authority regulations.
6. Damage & Liability
Customers are responsible for any damage not covered under agreed terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate rental agreements in case of non-payment or misuse.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Refund Policy – Elegant Cars UK
– Weekly rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period has started.
– If a booking is cancelled before vehicle collection, a refund may be issued subject to administrative fees.
– Security deposits are refundable upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.
– Any damages, fines, or outstanding balances will be deducted from the deposit.
– Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.
How Payments Work
– Customers pay weekly rental charges in advance.
– Payments are authorised by the customer at the time of booking.
– No hidden fees — all costs are clearly explained before agreement.
– Any additional charges (e.g. damages or late payments) are outlined in the rental agreement signed before vehicle collection.
